Hello!
Hope some of you might be interested in this film/art/music event at the ICA
next week it's the premiere screening of 'File under Sacred Music' by Iain
Forsyth & Jane Pollard - a "re-make" of a bootleg of The Cramps playing for
the patients at Napa Mental Institute, California in 1978.

If you're not in the UK, the film is going to be streamed on the BBC site
sometime in the next few weeks. I'll post again when I find out when

On the 13th June 1978 The Cramps played a
legendary gig at Napa State Mental Institute,
California. Twenty five years later, artists
Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard set about remaking
the infamous bootleg video of that show.
On 13th June 2003 the ICA will premiere this
remarkable film project - "File under Sacred Music.
This special night will also feature live music
from The Parkinsons and Holly Golightly (members
of both bands performed as The Cramps in the film),
alongside Banned and The Courgettes from Core Arts
(who¹s members feature as the audience in the film).
