[Rumori] Detritus Update: fan fiction, fan film, and star wars

Hello all --

I recently wrote a piece on the FECA bill that Bush signed about two weeks
ago. Doesn't FECA now protect people who do fan edits, as long as they don't
try and sell it? At the very least, it could make for an interesting court
case. Though their intention was to allow Christian companies (namely
ClearPlay) to make "family friendly" edits, there's nothing in the bill that
limits it to those type of edits.
