nope, I agree with everything you said. I mentioned it
as something interesting, not as something i was objecting to.

I think it's kind of cool. If everyone followed the citation
"protocols", (and they might if it was as easy as clicking a button)
then the immense interconnectedness of ideas would be much more clear to
people. and that would be a good thing.

(tangentially related, i'm also really impressed with how cool the Mozilla
project is, and how well it's organized. poke around the rest of the site
and see how easy they make it to do things like: download different
versions, search through the source code, submit ideas and bug reports,
etc. I like to imagine a work of collaborative "open" art that is that
well-implemented...)
