Yup, that's exactly what they do. That's why it takes so long to post there.
Could you imagine doing that as a job? What a headache you'd have afte 30
minutes!

Haha, they don't take anything larger than 20 MB. I'm not sure if mp3.com
staff would actually listen to an entire 20 minute song, but I think they do
it with 5 minute songs.

I'm almost certainly going to move most of my mp3's to a different site. The
whole copyright/legal thing was bad enough, but at least arguable on their
side in most cases. Now they're taking more than a month to review and post
songs of artists who don't pay $20 a month. I'm not sure if this is going to
be much better of a business model for them if all the non-paying artists
remove their pages and stop providing ad space. (One of the things that they
offer paying artists is to have your page free of advertisements.)
