it's patently absurd to make such a ridiculous general claim
like:
"It is illegal for a person to profit from the activities of a
nonprofit."
think of all the non-profit arts organizations (including
musuems, theaters, and other venues) that support and host the
work and performances of artists of all kinds, in which those
artists sell their work or otherwise receive compensation for
presenting their work.
These and other counterexamples to his assertion are so numerous
that it should be immediately clear that this jassen person is a
complete idiot.
