I have no idea. I think I remember seeing some resources on lawyers willing
to take cases like this for low fees on Negativland's website.

It might help to research/bring up how "This American Life" can sell cd's
They are also selling cd's of shows broadcast by a non-profit, but aren't
involved on the copyright debate.
