We'll be playing an Audio/Visual composition of ours entitled
"Escape From Music" at the OCEA(n) festival in Oberlin, OH
this Saturday at 9 pm. (No, our piece has nothing to do with
Negativland's "Escape From Noise"...it's just an extremely fitting
title given the overall message and approaches used within the work.)
OCEA(n) is a *free* two-day festival focused on contemporary Ohio area
Electro-acoustic artists / musicians, and it all starts Friday at 4 pm.

Please show up if you can make it... our set is only 15 minutes, and there
will be PLENTY of seating....the theatre seats over 700. (I'd be happy if we
filled at least 10 of those seats.)
If you're an audio artist yourself, this would be a great opportunity to
meet and
greet with like-minded locales to discuss gear, techniques, approaches, and
philosophies. You might even wanna trade an album or two, so bring some
examples of your work.
