from what is exclusively yours - this is about what is exclusively ones own
to claim as one's own. This applies to art because we sometimes wonder if
it's an idea uncopyrightable) or a mechanical arrangement of ideas
(copyrightable.) Once your "ideas" become WORTH something, this becomes an
issue, believe me.
