Yes, and shame on illegal art for doing such illegal linking! And creating an HTML link is intellectual property theft of the most serious level.

Yes, they are tricky. I highly recommend doing all browsing and downloading with clever managers, like Proxomitron for Windows. They almost always fake out the servers so you can get away with things and keep yourself private.
