  Interesting little article at
<http://theregister.co.uk/content/6/23906.html>, wherein the judge in
the ongoing Napster vs RIAA case has questioned whether the record
companies in fact /have/ copyright over digital distribution, and thus,
whether the RIAA has any basis for a case.

  The catch - Napster's feeling the strain of the litigation's costs, and
may not be in a position to fund such a legal exploration.
