their arguments seem pretty sound to me. this newton guy appears to
be pretty greedy.
also recently the guy who was sued by the cage estate settled for six
figures acting like it was a donation. i'm not sure what to make of
that one. he could have easily argued his silence was a parody of
cage's silence.
