"music" spliced in place of "poetry!" You can borrow my copy if you want...
Therein is also outlined the surrealist production method: first
draft=final, stream of unconsciousness, stop for no reason :although it
tends to yield mountains of crap you don't know what to do with, speckled
with masterstrokes you never could have come up with 'intentionally.' Then
if you're like me, you try to adjust the stream of (un)consciousness to
generate just good parts, and the whole technique falls apart like a house
of cards. Oh, but I didn't try the highly recommended method of going
hungry for a few days before starting.
